Large-scaled Uniform Test Mode
This mode is specially designed for test organizers who need to deliver their tests on a large scale in different places simultaneously. The main features include unified registration, unified scheduling, unified testing time, centralized scoring, and unified score line. Typical applications are national or industrial exams that have large amount of candidates and must be held at the same time.
Features
- Manage line:Test centers summarize the registration information and send to test organizer for review and approval. Tests can only be delivered with the approval of the test organizer.
- Registration: Register at test center at pre-set time.
- Test room pre-arrangement: Test rooms are pre-arranged by central test organizer or 2nd tier test organizer of each province before test delivery. Examinees are arranged to the nearest testing center according to their registered location. Exam permit is issued to each examinee giving such information as exam title, exam time, test center name, and seat number. Examinees will take the exam at the time, location and seat number as instructed in the permit.
- Payment: Test centers collect exam fees from the examinees and send the fees to the sponsor. The test sponsor will pay ATA test service fee after the test.
- Test site requirements: Meet the H/W and S/W standards for ATA Test Centers and have qualified administrative personnel.
- Scoring rules: Test centers transfer the test results to central test organizer who will score the test results through scoring system in batches. The scoring system supports passing line adjustment.
Target Audience
- Tests with limited item bank, big volume of examinees, and a longer registration period, test sponsors who wish to be in charge of test room pre-arrangement.
- Tests with a longer period for test organization before real tests.
